HOW IT IS MADE

The ghee is prepared using slow, traditional methods using clay pots, slow boiling, hand-churning, and gentle heating. Milk from nourished Gir cows is first turned into curd, then traditionally churned to obtain butter. The butter is slowly heated on a controlled flame to produce ghee. This slow process preserves the ghee’s natural aroma, grainy texture, and nutritional quality.
